Well,

I was going to post, but then -

somebody else said it -
then they said it in more detail than I would say it -
then, they used big words and I feel like it's a competition -
then, I've been burned by lists & I suspect I'm still recovering from that -
then, the list seemed to move on -
then I feel guilty, having done a huge project using GIS data a couple of
years ago which I never mentioned onlist -
then, I seem to publish my theoretical work in different ways these days -
(ways that have very clear conventions and rules, that don't require me to
invent the conventions)
& if I want to write more personally and informally, but still publically,

i can use my blog
